Muslim cuisine is mainly served for Hui people (ethnic Chinese Muslims) and other Muslims living in China. But now Muslim cuisine is more and more popular among all Chinese people. Muslim restaurants are usually run by those from Western China, such as Uygurs. No pork but various Muslim dishes are offered in these restaurants. Featured dishes include Lamian, noodles, Braised Chicken with Potato and Green Pepper, BBQ mutton etc.
